Our annual meeting is next month. We will be sending out an agenda, including information about a proposed amendment to our covenants that is a necessary first step towards our ultimate goal of revising our overall covenants. Our process has uncovered some specific challenges, but it has also presenting us with opportunities to make our neighborhood even stronger and more desirable for all residents.
