This past Spring the Copper Ridge HOA Board sent a proposal to the neighborhood for a new set of Covenants. The proposal included an opportunity for feedback and suggestions. Upon reviewing these suggestions, we have been in the process of adapting some of the changes and seeking legal counsel. We will be discussing the details of all of these at our upcoming annual meeting.
